Jaime Fruen
Owner, LMT, CMT, CLT, PMUA, Certified Plasma Pen Technician.
Jaime is a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from Sister Rosalind School of Massage in 2008. In 2016 she attended National Laser Institute and received her certification as a laser technician. Jaime is also a Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist, receiving her Body Art Technician License after completing a 200 hour apprenticeship program in 2019, and she earned her Elite Plasma Pen Technician Certification with Louise Walsh International in 2019.
Jaime has always been a people person, and loves working with her clients to help them look at feel their best. She makes continued education a top priority so she can offer the best treatments possible and expand to new services.
Her Favorites treatments to perform are Powder Brows, Microblading, and Plasma Pen Eyelid/Brow Lift.
When she's not working, She loves to travel, spend time with her family and their 4 dogs (Parker, Rick Grimes, 7, and Athena), and go to MN Wild games.

Jen Hanson
Advanced Practice Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician
Jen has over 10 years of experience in the Aesthetics skin care industry. As a busy mom herself, she understands the juggling act of family, work, and self care and she is adamant about creating a customized treatment plan for her patients that is sensitive to their schedules and budgets.
Jen considers your initial skincare consultation to be one of her specialties, as this information allows her to design custom-tailored skin strategies that combine the perfect services and products to help you reach your skin care goals as quickly as possible. She feels strongly about educating you on each service and product and why she is recommending them. Jen believes it is essential to set realistic and achievable expectations and is extremely honest with her input and professional recommendations.
Alexa Terrio
Advanced Practice Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician
Alexa is a young and committed skin specialist, certified laser technician and lash artist! With a passion for skincare, Alexa is driven to educate and assist her clients in achieving their skin care goals. Having personally struggled with skin issues, she is motivated to improve client's overall skin health and confidence.
Bill Joy
Nurse Injector (RN)
Bill Joy, RN, has worked in the Aesthetic Skin Care industry for over 25 years. He has received extensive training in the U.S. and abroad, holds innumerable training certifications in aesthetic skin care, and has been involved in developing cosmetic skin care products. Bill specializes in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, biostimulators, PDO threads, and laser treatments. He continually evaluates new information about procedures to guide clients in choosing and tailoring the best treatment program for their needs.
His commitment to exceptional customer service and keen attention to detail has resulted in a loyal following of clients not only locally but throughout the U.S. Bill is highly regarded throughout the US as one of the top injectors in the country and is always current on the latest technology and procedures.
Annika Crosby
Medical Director (MD)
Dr. Annika Crosby is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and has worked in Internal Medicine since 1993. She did her Internal Medicine residency, including an additional year as a Chief Medical Resident, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Her work in the medical field includes experience in a medical clinic, more than 15 years as a hospitalist caring for acutely ill patients, and ongoing work in post-acute care for medically ill patients. Dr. Crosby has received extensive training in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and laser treatments in the US and Canada, and has teamed with prominent dermatologists to publish research in the field of dermatology.
Dr. Crosby is certified in teaching and training aesthetic procedures including: Threads, Fillers, Neurotoxins, and Laser.
Ann Rognerud

Meet Ann, our dedicated Registered Nurse with 14 years of clinical experience, now embarking on an exciting journey into aesthetic nursing.
